Tristan Zonta is currently pursuing a master’s degree in mechanical engineering after previously receiving his undergraduate degree from Ontario Tech university with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering. In his final year he got to work on the IOT (Internet of things) enabled Autonomous Snow Blower as part of the Capstone program under Dr.Barari. He now is studying his masters under Dr.Barari investigating the use of IMU’s in combination with handheld laser and photogrammetry scanner. In his free time, he likes to read, play games, practice guitar, make things with his 3D printer, and collect vinyl records. He also enjoys both playing hockey as a forward or goalie, and watching Hockey cheering for the Detroit Red Wings!
